Dan Freeman is a Neo-expressionist painter and printmaker interested in color and line. Originally trained as a still-life painter, he has explored humor and emotion with floral still-lifes and figure compositions. He paints in acrylic on canvas, and uses iPad and PhotoShop computer painting techniques to produce digital Giclée prints. He has documented his work in video in “A Bob Dylan Song”, and has published several magazines, most notably DUMB ( Down Under Manhattan Bridge) Magazine in 1980. His interest in digital art has recently extended to VR, and he is presently exploring Virtual Reality and 3D Video, and as well is working on a Virtual Art Gallery
